After watching many podcasts and seeing the Hiya Hiya Sharps being liked by so many, particularly for lace work I finally ordered a set. Woolstack were the best price by far. I was worried that with my style of knitting that I would repeatedly stab myself but I've not had any problems so far. I love the fact that cables do not get twisted and the join is very smooth. I would recommend these needles to anyone who enjoys using circulars.

After struggling with fixed circulars which kept breaking, I researched the various interchangeable sets on the market. After talking to the staff and Woolstack I decided on the Hiya Hiya set. The cable spins near the needle end so there is no stress on the cable. This is why my fixed circulars kept breaking. I've been knitting away for a week now and I've had no issues with them. I find the steel lovely to hold and love the way the wool glides along so easily. Really pleased with my purchase.
After using fixed circulars which kept breaking due to the strain on the cable by the needle, I researched and decided to buy the HiyaHiya small steel needle set. They are very comfortable to hold and knit with. I've had no problems with the cable coming loose where attached to the needle. I put this down to the cable spinning. The photo does do justice to the case. It's really well made and looks quite elegant. Really pleased with this purchased.
