I really like the super sharp points on these needles. Took a bit of practice to work out ways of not sticking them into my right index fingertip - this may have been worse because I'm a continental style knitter. However, once I got into the habit of not pushing down on the left hand needle tip, my knitting was substantially speeded up. I bought two, as I knit socks two at a time on two circulars. My husband is happily wearing the results!
When they're described as "sharp" they mean it. It's a pleasant change from the semi-blunt plastic needles that makes it difficult to pickup stitches. Excellent buy as its difficult to find 7.5mm in the UK.

These are great needles to knit with. They are especially good for use when knitting large garments.

Great smooth needles, sharp points make working with small stitches very easy. If you tend to push needle tips like I do then be careful though!
