The knitting machine is brilliant! Quickly learned to use it, and have been churning out hats and scarves ever since. I’ve also almost made a cardigan. Very happy with it.
I am very frustrated with this machine as it keeps dropping stitches, I have change the wool several times, gone so slow I have nearly stop and it still drops stitches. To be honest I haven’t made a single item yet. At the minute sad to say it’s my worse purchase ever.???
Good machine but takes a while to get your head around it. Watched numerous videos on YouTube.

Bought for our daughter’s birthday. She is amazed. Never knit anything before. Unwrapped it last evening and within half an hour she had a hat .. and it’s gorgeous. After one hat she now wants the smaller version. Woolstack answered my question very quickly regarding suitable wool types to use.. Excellent Company on price, delivery and customer service 5*
