Standard Shipping Costs
We will normally dispatch your order the same working day if ordered before 12pm (UK time), although it can sometimes take longer, particularly during busy periods.
Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. We ship to virtually any address in the world.

Our standard carrier is Royal Mail. At our discretion we may upgrade you to a service which is tracked or requires a signature, and in some circumstances may use a different carrier.
UK Order Shipping Upgrades
Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, but can be upgraded during checkout:
- +£2.00 – Royal Mail Tracked 24
We reserve the right to use alternate shipping methods where Royal Mail are unable to deliver due to size or value, and / or to require a signature on delivery for security purposes.
International Order Shipping Upgrades
Orders to outside the UK are normally sent using Royal Mail International Standard. This is an untracked service, but can be upgraded:
- International Tracked is calculated by weight and costs a maximum of £8.00 extra
We reserve the right to use alternate shipping methods where Royal Mail are unable to deliver due to size or value, and / or to require a signature on delivery for security purposes. Some items are too large to send internationally — this will be noted on the product page.

Tracking Your Order
All Royal Mail Tracked services can be entered on the Royal Mail Track & Trace website: Royal Mail Track & Trace.
Outside the UK, Royal Mail rely on your local postal service to track the parcel. In some countries the item will not track locally until they attempt delivery.
If you selected Royal Mail International Standard for non-UK orders, this service is generally untracked. You may be able to use the provided customs reference for limited information, but this is not guaranteed.
International Customs, Duty, Taxes & Fees
While we pay Royal Mail / couriers the full amount they require, our prices do not include any customs, taxes, duties or fees that may be charged by your local authorities or postal service.
Some countries, notably Brazil, charge a fee for every international package before delivery. Other countries may charge handling fees, taxes and duties. This varies by country, so we advise checking with your local authorities before placing an order.
We are not able to under-declare the value of your order. Order information is electronically transmitted to Royal Mail and our couriers and may be shared with local customs authorities.
Please note that as of 1 January 2021, the UK is no longer in the EU customs area and is treated as a third country for import purposes.
Should an order be returned for non-payment of these fees, we will refund the cost of the items, but may not refund all or part of the postage cost paid. This is because postal services do not refund return postage charges.
Delivery Times
From the date of dispatch, delivery within the UK normally takes:
2–3 working days for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (plus dispatch time)
1–2 working days for Royal Mail Tracked 24 (plus dispatch time)
Royal Mail do not guarantee these delivery times, and delivery can take longer, particularly during busy periods. If it has been more than a week since the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
Your order will normally be dispatched on the day you receive the shipping confirmation email. Royal Mail may show “We’re expecting it” until the parcel is scanned at a Mail Centre. This can take a few hours or, on rare occasions, longer.
Overseas delivery is by airmail. Royal Mail (and your local postal service) aim to deliver to most countries within 3–7 working days, but delivery can take considerably longer. If you would like a more accurate estimate for your country, please contact us.

Royal Mail guidelines state they will not investigate claims of loss until the following time has passed since the expected delivery date: 10 working days for UK orders, 20 working days for EU orders, and 25 working days for all other international orders. If you have not received your order by this time, please contact us.
Returns Policy
Please contact us before making any return, or if you have any problems with your order, by calling or emailing us and quoting your order number. Alternatively, log in to your account, view the order under “Complete Orders”, and click the Return Item(s) button.
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a refund.
In the UK we may only refund the cost of basic shipping if you have opted for an enhanced service.
Outside the UK we may retain some or all of the shipping cost to cover the cost of sending the order to you.
We will pay reasonable shipping costs both ways if the return is a result of our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item), but please contact us first as we can often resolve issues quickly.
Returned goods must be in saleable condition (unless faulty on receipt). You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning items, so we recommend using adequate postal insurance.
Your refund will be paid within 7 days (and usually much faster).
We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
