I'm a fan of alpaca yarn for it's lightness and lack of itch (I cannot tolerate the least bit of mohair in any knit for myself) and this is my first experience with this Rowan yarn. It knitted well, held double with a strand of paillettes for a little winter sparkle in my hap, and is currently blocking.

I ordered some balls of this yarn for a Lisa Richardson project. I’m very pleased with the quality and feel of this yarn. It’s lofty, “sticky” and super soft; itch free. Perfect for any project that is close to skin. I would willingly use / buy this again.
