I purchased several of these needles to replace old ones. Unfortunately of pair deteriorated after using for a short time. The ends of the needles became sharp, pricking my fingers and clicking my wool. Thankfully I received wonderful support from the company and they were very promptly replaced at no cost to myself. These new ones and other pairs are very nice to knit with, smooth and pleasant to use. Thanks to a wonderful solution to my problem.

Delivered quickly good product
These are the best quality knitting needles I've ever used. I was tempted to return them as they were ordered incorrectly but because of the high polish coating the stitches glide fluidly over the needles. The needles were well packaged in sturdy cardboard and we're delivered undamaged. Very happy with my order and will be ordering from Woolstack again in future.
