I normally use their straight needles but I’ve been happy learning to knit top down with these. I have found that the ends of the needles can sometimes have an imperfection on them so aren’t totally smooth but I can still knit well with them.
I am finding them difficult to use due to the needle part being quite short but i feel that i will get used to them in time. I do like the smooth transition over the needle to the plastic wire in relation to other circular needles i have used. They do need to be short though when you are knitting in the round as for a cowl.
