Brilliant needles! Amazed at how strong they are, perfect for knitting my Latvian mittens with. The pattern called for 1.5mm, which I bought, as well as the 1.75mm and 2mm. The 1.75 gave the right gauge for the mittens to fit me. It was strange to use such thin needles, I usually use Symfonie but no problems with the Karbonz, they were a joy to use.
I bought these to try after using Zing and Symfonie. I thought they would be warmer when knitting outside and the smaller sizes wouldn't break. Both of these are spot on. What really annoys me is that the numbers rub off after just knitting one sock. The tips are a bit rough at the join too. Back to the Zings I'm afraid. At this price I won't be buying any more. Woolstack is still the place to buy from though; quick and efficient.

Hard to purchase things without being able to see them in the flesh but wasn't disappointed.

I always use these carbon fibre needles. They don’t make my joints ache like metal needles and don’t bend and break like wooden ones. The metal tips are great and are ideal for lace knitting and not splitting yarn.
the tips are not smooth enough, they hang on the miniature /tiny knitting yarn
My favourite needles. So smooth and light weight. It's such a joy to knit with them. Just regret that the size printing erases so easily with usage. Wish the manufacturer reconsiders that in future.
