I'd like to add to all the top-rating reviews one very important point: the metal part of the hook is MATT! Those busy bees who can only steel a couple of hours at night to do their crocheting in the lamp light will appreciate an absence of glare this hook gives out. With some of my hooks I used to take breaks as the glare would hurt my eyes after a little while, not any more! A wonderful piece of craftsmanship to create masterpieces :)

Yes, they are the best even I used the clover soft before and found them great, now Amour Colver are really the best ( as Woolstack, one of the best, very fast and cheaper delivery, thanks! )

I bought a 'standard' 2.5 hook locally, and the handle was so thin it was almost impossible to use. I can't think why they are even sold - cheapness is NOT everything. I replaced it with a Clover Amour, and all problems solved. They are lovely hooks to use, and the colour coding is excellent. Fantastic service from Woolstack - I really messed up my order, but they weren't phased at all and sorted it all out very quickly - I'll definitely be back!
The clover amour hooks are the best in my collection and i have bought some as a chistmas present for my daughter.

I've previously used the Clover Soft Touch, but decided to treat myself while at Woolfest this year to a Clover Amour. What a difference and yes they are worth the extra money. As with my knit pro needles I am gradually building the collection. I suffer with arthritis in both hands and now I can truly say - no pain when using the Amour hook. Thanks Woolstack I would be lost without you.
Bought my first hook in this range at Woolfest. Excellent for those like me who have arthritis in the hands. Although more expensive than the Clover soft touch it's well worth paying the extra.
Amour are a range of crochet hooks from Clover each with different coloured handles so that you can see at a glance what sized hook they are. They also have the size clearly labelled on the handle.
The perfectly formed hooks are made of aluminium for sizes up to 6mm and ABS resin for 6.5mm and upwards.
The handles on all sizes are made of an elastomer rubber which makes them very comfortable to use.
