ChiaoGoo interchangeable adaptors allow you to connect different connector size tips and cables. Generally, it is best to connect tips with the corresponding size cables. However, if you have, for example, [L] large tips (5.5mm - 10mm) and [S] small connector cables (for 2.75mm - 5mm tips), you can use a [L] tip to [S] adaptor.
It is highly recommended to use a tightening key (available separately) when connecting together.
