    Smooth and efficient

I knitted my first Gansey in 2017. A gansey requires a lot of stitches and a lot of time, as it is (recommended to be) knitted on needles of 2-2.25mm. I didn't want to overstretch myself so I used 2.5mm needles. Starting on some lethal steel double pointed monsters, as the front and back were joined I happily switched to my circular needles. Happily, that is, until the needle came away from the wire and I was left rushing to get up to 400 stitches back onto the dpns. This happened five times in all. When (on starting my second) I discovered that you can get these at such small sizes, I was over the moon, as I hae always found them to slip through the knitting smoothly and easily - they do, they are amazing. I have snapped a few, (they are obviously very delicate) but never discovered that as I was knitting the stiches were falling off a trailing wire... Thoroughly recommed them, just don't sit on them :)

    Needles of choice !

Think these are the best needles I’ve ever used, in a perfect world I would ditch all The old needles I own and replace with Knit Pro Symfonie wood! Smooth and comfortable to use , I thoroughly recommend them.

    If I knew...

If only I knew it earlier, that symfonie is such great needles! I started to replace my needles with KnitPro in the end of last year, picked Zing, because I was worried about wooden needle strength. This time I wanted to find out, what are everyone so excited about. Now I know and want to get all the sizes, because they feel soooo great in hand and are super-light. Great needles!

    Simply the best

I love these needles and use them all the time for most yarns, but prefer metal for fuzzy yarn like mohair. They have good points, stitches move well, flexible but firm and warm for the hands. Its just a pity they don't make the interchangeable needles smaller than 3mm but maybe they wouldn't be strong enough.
