If you have to use DPNs, use these
I don't like DPNs. As in, I really don't like them. But just occasionally one needs to use them to start off a narrow piece in the round (once it's established, it can be transferred to a circular needle and magic-looped, but I cast on using half hitches so I need to use DPNs for the first couple of rounds or so). And these ones combine durability and warm feel, in common with the rest of the Symfonie range. I won't quite say they're a pleasure to use because I don't find that any DPNs are, but they're probably the nearest thing to a pleasure I can get in the circumstances!
