I needed the 40cm to make a hat, I have a set of standard knit pro interchangeable needles and just needed the two small sizes with shorter points so chose the fixed ones, They are very good and I am impressed with the result. They are however a bit catchy over the cable joint but this was not a problem I still rate them 5 star.
I've only given these needles 4 stars, as moving the stitches from the cable to the needle part is not as smooth as it could be. They are however a joy to use.
