    Fab yarn. Makes lovely socks.

    I used this yarn to learn to knit my very first pair of socks which took many years. I had started the project, got frustrated, then finally finished them. I have no idea where I purchased the yarn but am thrilled that Woolstack carries it as I really like it. Lovely colours and a great yarn to work with. Will definitely buy more.

Description

The Best of Mexico 4ply superwash yarn from Schoeller Stahl is back in response to demand. This yarn is self-patterning and produces vibrant bands of fairisle and colour - great fun and a great effect

One 100g ball is approximately 425m and is enough to make an adult size pair of socks, pair of gloves or scarf or two pairs of child size socks.

Schoeller Stahl yarn is 75% superwash virgin wool/ 25% polyamide and it is machine washable at 40C.

Recommended needle size is 2.5mm, 30sts x 42rows = 10 x 10 cms.
