Things have changed massively during the last couple of weeks - and we wish everyone well during this time.
We at Woolstack intend to remain open and dispatching orders Monday to Friday throughout this time - excluding national holidays such as Easter. But, as things are moving fast, this may change at very short notice.
We are a small business and so should we need to self-isolate we will have to stop sending orders at extremely short notice. Should this happen we will update our website to let you know of delays, and update any customers with outstanding orders - and cancel and refund if you request.
We also rely on Royal Mail to deliver virtually all of our packages. Any disruption to Royal Mail will affect orders we send. We know Royal Mail are doing their best, but any disruption could also be at very short notice - even after we've sent packages. Please do allow extra time during this period for your packages to arrive. Special Delivery in the UK has also been suspended.
For overseas customers, please be aware that the increased border controls, self-isolating staff, and lock-downs - as well as any issues with your postal systems - could significantly increase delivery times.
We are also noticing an increase in volume of orders - similar to Christmas - which could exacerbate delays, even when the restrictions are removed.
Should you need to make a return, we will be extremely flexible in terms of timings. As long as it's as you received it, just get in contact when you're able. For the reasons above, it may take longer for it to arrive with us, and for us to process it.
