Our standard carrier is Royal Mail. At our discretion we may upgrade you to recorded or signed for and in some circumstances may use a different carrier.
Delivery to the UK normally takes 1-3 working days. Overseas delivery is by airmail, and Royal Mail aim to take 3-7 working days to deliver, but it can take considerably longer.
Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us.

We offer a "no quibble" return policy. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping costs). We'll pay the shipping costs both way if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Additionally, your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition (unless faulty/flawed on receipt).
Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
