I have been knitting socks with Opal for years - and hardly ever the same yarn twice. It is great that they can keep the variety going. I love their yarn, but have just occasionally been disappointed - and surprised - that when they have to include a knot, the sequence of colours is not continued. I would like to point out to them that with sock knitting, for example, the aim is to knit 2 identical socks, and that to interrupt the sequence of colours totally sabotages this. Very annoying. They should not issue balls of self-patterning yarn in which there has been a break.
